Our Yoga Classes

Hot Yoga

A dynamic, heated yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Sweating helps detoxify the body while breath and movement improve energy and overall 
well-being. 

A vigorous, fitness-based style rooted in Ashtanga yoga. Power yoga strengthens muscles, boosts stamina, and enhances flexibility with fast-paced, flowing movements designed to energize both body and mind.

Power Yoga

A slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues. Yin yoga promotes relaxation, improves joint mobility, and cultivates stillness through long-held postures and deep, conscious breathing.

Yin

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation inducing deep relaxation and conscious rest. It calms the nervous system, relieves stress, and promotes inner clarity while the body remains completely still.

Nidra

Flow yoga focuses on continuous, smooth transitions between poses, emphasizing breath awareness and alignment. It helps build body awareness, flexibility, and inner peace in a rhythmic, meditative way.

Flow

A flowing sequence that links breath with movement, Vinyasa yoga increases strength and balance while calming the mind. Each class offers a creative, energizing experience that promotes mindfulness.

Vinyasa

An energy healing practice using gentle touch to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and encourage healing. Reiki restores energetic balance and supports emotional and physical well-being on a subtle level.
